I am having a similar problem only without the skinpack. I’m using P3D (4.5.12.302930). I install the F-4E base and then the ADV (latest versions) and everything is fine. Then I install the latest TacPack module and all of a sudden no AB flames and the aircraft sticks to the runway like glue - even with proper speed, flap, trim and elevator. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

You need to install ADV always at the end.
Uninstall it and reinstall following the sequence: Base -> TacPack -> ADV
