Where do I find the ADV Failures Configuration Menu in the F4E?

Hello,

I've installed the ADV and TacPak options for the F4E. I'm reading the ADV manual and it mentions the ADV Failures Configuration Menu. I can't seem to find where this is located...

If I run the MVAMS, of course I see the F4E, but I cannot find a page/menu for the ADV Failures Configuration Menu. So, I'm not sure if it's located somewhere else (if so, how do I find it) or possibly, I did not install the ADV correctly.

Anyway, looking for a bit of help...

I would like to turn on the INSTRUCTOR feature.
