P3d4.4 F4 E not showing up

I have installed the F-4E ADV update package x 1F-4J/S TP/ADV Addon x 1, but I can only fly the F4J/S.
The F4 E is not in the P3D aircraft list but I can find it in P3Ds under simObjects/Airplanes. I also don't see afterburner effects on the F4J/S.
MVAMS is updated and afterburner set to throttle position.
