Installation Order of Base F-4E, Tacpack, and ADV

Quick question ... Is there a preferred installation order when own the Base F-4E, F-4E Tacpack installer (ETP), and Advanced (ADV)? For example:

Install
1. Base
2. Tacpack
3. ADV

or

1. Base
2. ADV
3. Tacpack
