C310 Redux - Light Dot in the Middle of the Screen at Night

I notice there is a light dot in the middle of the screen at night. It is just like a distant aircraft but the position stays the same, in the middle and down about two inches regardless of zoom or swivel to left or right. Is this a recognized bug or due to my machine? I use FSX with SP1 and SP2 on Windows 10 along with Active Sky 2016.
Otherwise, the aircraft is a joy to fly!

Are you sure you don't have a dead pixel on your screen?

When I took screenshots there were light patches as described previously. However, the screenshots do not have the dots where I saw them in FSX. There are other dots which appear in the same spot from shot to shot. Must be my screen.
