I have installed the latest version of the C310Redux (v3 180510) and have selected the F1 GTN 750/650WX configuration. Both the 750 and 650 show up in the instrument panel. The 650 is clickable where the 750 is not. In order to change anything on the GTN 750 I have to bring up the popup. I am running Windows 10 pro, FSX SE.

You may have to click several times before the GTN750 will 'read' the mouse clicks.

Why is that? The GTN 650 reads the mouse clicks without having to click several times.

Honestly? I have no idea, I just know that it works. The buttons, knobs and screen are all tagged using F1 supplied XML scripts.

For some reason it's not working correctly on my system. I have already uninstalled the latest version of the C310R and reinstalled as administrator with the antivirus turned off. I am running FSX Steam on Windows 10 pro. Here are my results:

Flight1 GTN750/650
Can't click on anything on the GTN 750 on the instrument panel.
Clicking on the border brings up the popup. Things work OK on the popup.
I can click on items on the GTN 650 on the instrument panel.
Clicking on the border brings up the popup. Things work OK on the popup.

Default
Clicking on the GNS 530 brings up the popup.
Clicking on the GNS 430 does not bring up a popup.
I can bring up popups for both units with the respective shift and number keys.
All of the buttons seem to be working on both units on the instrument panel.

Default WX
Same as Default.

Flight1 GTN750/650 WX
Same as for Flight1 GTN750/650 but the WX radar shows up.

I can add that I do not have this issue on any other aircraft that I have the F1GTN 750/650 installed in.

So I just wanted to advise you on the issue I am having. It's not that big of a deal. I can use the popups but if you have an idea on what might be causing this issue I would appreciate your thoughts on what I could do.

The only issue if have with the GTN750 in VC is that i have to klick several times on the "Direct-To" key.

The Touch-Screen Fields are working fine...

same for me and no amount of mouse clicks gets anything working. I gave up months ago. Just have to use the pop up window.

I have configured a Reality XP GTN 750 and 650 combination into my panel and have the same issue. Here is what I observe. I will refer to the clickspots as "tiles" to simplify discussion as most are square.

The center of the tiles appear to be dead spots. If I point my mouse pointer into the center of the tiles the pointer does not change and clicks do not work. If I move the pointer toward any corner of a tile I can see the pointer change shape and I can successfully click. See if that holds true for you with the F1 products.

I also have difficulty with the GTN tuning knobs. I can tune the COM frequency without popping up, but I cannot click on the inner knob to switch tuning from the COM side to the NAV side.

I tried to see if I could clinc on any of the icons in the corners. I can't, not on the 750 in the C310 Redux. The 650 works just fine on the instrument panel. I can click on the "Continue" buttons and bring up the 650 and click on anything and it works. But not the 750. I have the 750 installed in many aircraft in FSX SE and do not have any problems. Only with the C310 Redux do I have this issue.

Same here: FSX-SE, GTN650 works, 750 only with pop-up. I have read your post about the Flight1 stuff and I fully understand you, it would be nice though to have a solution.

I am looking into the issue, but have had some other things slowing my investigation down, such as spending five hours today waiting for my car to get fixed. It failed the required 'emissions test' the other day and it had to be fixed before I can renew my registration for another year.

What is truly annoying is that in Indiana only two counties require bi-annual emissions testing: Lake and Porter. I assume that's because of our proximity to Chicago...

I am delighted to announce that I've now solved the GTN750 non-clickable issue, along with a few other minor fixes. Hopefully I'll have a new installer available tomorrow afternoon at the latest.
