I'm having two problems with my C310R. First of all, I specify that I installed it without antivirus, without UAC and on the latest version of P3D V4.2

The first is related to the taxi and landing lights. The latter seem directed towards the mid-height rather than the ground, suddenly we do not come anything from night to rolling etc ...

The second concern is that I can not get the aircraft to reach 180 kts (except downhill) that I am at FL040,070,090 or 110 and regardless of the wind speed apparently. I can barely reach 165 kts The system of wealth seems odd to me. Are there some things I would not understand?

This sounds like the difference between IAS (Indicated Air Speed) and TAS (True Air Speed):

Indicated airspeed (IAS) is the airspeed read directly from the airspeed indicator (ASI) on an aircraft, driven by the pitot-static system. It uses the difference between total pressure and static pressure, provided by the system, to either mechanically or electronically measure dynamic pressure.

The true airspeed (TAS; also KTAS, for knots true airspeed) of an aircraft is the speed of the aircraft relative to the airmass in which it is flying.
