Wx radar active even with a/c powered down

Wx radar active even with a/c powered down

After a flight today I noticed that even after powering down - electronics master off and master off - the wx radar was still active.

By design or...... ?

In understand from viewtopic.php?f=142&t=9011#p77958 that this will be fixed in the next release.
