Deflation on attempting install ...C310

Hi .... just splashed ot on C310 redux but disappointed to report no sign of MVAMS icon on desktop, and no sign of an exe i could drag a link from to DT ..... tried the good old uninstall re-install trick and get the following error: 'Error opening file for writing - J:\p3d\Fonts\DS-DIGI.TTF' .....?? (checked the Hash prior to install and A OK) .... modified rapture .....??

Are you installing the plane outside of P3D? What version of P3D are you running?

MVAMS is installed here: C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\MVAMS

The installer should have placed an icon on your Desktop that looks like this: Image

Hi .... got MVAMS showing up on desktop ... selected F1 gauges + weather radar up and running .....

Obviously got my hopes up too high too soon .... today when i try loading the plane the sim crashes .... after i see as per the attached PNG, and hear a sort of starter running sound, followed by the dreaded revolving blue circle, then the crash .... nothing shows up in appcrashview??

Tried disabling ChasePlane? Is that it running there in the top left of your screenshot?

What's your version of P3D v4? V4.2 or v4.1?

If you select a non WX radar panel does the crash go away?

Given that the plane worked on the day I installed it, then presented the problem the following day, the logical question is: what (if anything) had changed in the interim?? .... answer .... I set up a VC camera view in OpusVSI .... recalling having seen problems with odd views with that software, I scrubbed the camera and lo and behold problem solved!!
