Prop governor incorrect operation?
Sitting on the ground with the engines off, when I move the prop lever back and forth, the pitch of the (non-moving) blades changes.
Don't prop governors work by using engine driven pump oil pressure to control blade angle/pitch?

You are absolutely correct. However, if I disable movement when the engines are off, then they won't change pitch while running either. Maybe I can engineer a solution overnight after I rest. These fourteen hour days are getting old...deverette wrote:Sitting on the ground with the engines off, when I move the prop lever back and forth, the pitch of the (non-moving) blades changes.
