That is not a "lock". It is a switch to control an inflatable door seal. You can still open the door at any time. The door seal will automatically deflate if the door is opened.

Your new C310 redux is realy an excellent aircraft now. Thanks to Milviz-Team! Looking now for an update (to fix the remaining bugs) .
