Does WX Radar come with the 310R Redux?

One place in the manual it says it does, and another place it says it doesn't.
I selected Default WX. The radar is there, but I cannnot figure out how to turn it on. Is there a manual?

The larger knob on the right side turns it on. The first step is a test pattern, the second step is weather radar.

I see the knobs, but I cannot move them. Also there is not a popup in the view menu like there is for the 530 and 430.

Please confirm there is a MV_WX.dll in your panel folder.

I see there is no popup for the radar. I assume that there is also no popup for the AP, and others.

Yes. I do have MV_WX.dll file in my panel folder.

No popup no big deal. I just thought it might be part of the problem. I cannot turn the unit on.

Master Battery on?
Avionics Switch on?

Avionics Switch on? CHECK - all the other avionics are light and work.
Rotated WX knob to TEST? I tried right clicking, left clicking. Turning the mouse wheel. Grabbing the knob and tryi to turn it. Is there a secret code?
