bugs in the manual (DX9, credits bookmark page number)

The manual included in the 20180313 version contains two bugs:

- - Page 1-2 (6 in the viewer) says DirectX 9 (I guess it should be 11). Obviously a minor bug, but easy to fix.
- - The link "Credits" in the bookmark panel/sidebar jumps to page 5, not the end of the manual. This causes the following problem: The sidebar usually highlights the current section I am in to make it easier to see where I am. Because the last bookmark is on page 5, it is always highlighted (at least in SumatraPDF, probably others, too) when reading page 6 or later.
