No cockpit lighting

I am unable to get the night lighting to work. I have all AV shut down and have done several reinstalls. I tried the milviz_lighting_service.exe and it give me an error due to not finding the msvcr100100.dll file. I did a search and that file is located in the windows\sysWOW64 folder. Is the the correct location and if so any other sugestions to fix the problem. Using Prepar3d V4.2

Are you running everything as admin?

This module is loaded automatically when you launch the aircraft. You cannot run it separately. It should be working.

I am working on an update for some other issues and will solve this at the same time.
