FSX Steam - I don't know if there are different versions. I purchased it about six months and there are updates sometimes.

Sounds like your FSX SE is missing the legacy simconnect interface. Go to your FSX SE main directory\SDK\Core Utilities Kit\SimConnect SDK\LegacyInterfaces\FSX-XPACK and run the SimConnect.msi.

I tried it. Then rebooted the computer. Still no radar.
