I have been doing some checking and I find that all the light files have been placed in an effects folder. The 310 is loaded in the sim object folder
under airplanes the effects folder is in this folder, I don't know if this correct or not. All the exterior lights work except the strobes, there is no ground splash for any lights. Hope this gives you some idea as to what might correct this problem.

The installer places the effect files (.fx and .bmp) into the sim's default ..\Effects and ..\Effects\Texture folders respectively.

I did some moving of files in the effect folders and now I have strobe lights.
