Autopilot Not Active

I'm unable to turn on the autopilot even after holding the AP button for several seconds
I'm also unable to turn on the weather radar. Everything else seems to be functioning normally.

Please edit your signature to include your sim setup, including PC hardware, Windows OS, sim platform(s), third party controllers and software addons, as this will greatly expedite the diagnosis.

I notice the same thing, but observe that I am able to start the Autopilot after waiting a while and/or several attempts of pressing the AP button. Once it has started it stays on. However the next time I load I have to go through the same process.
