Fuel Criticly Low Message P3D v4

When flying the beaver in P3D v4, and when the fuel level in the selected tank gets below about 50%, I get a flying tip saying that the fuel level is critically low and that automatic refuel is available. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Turn off "Flying Tips?"

Yes, I just did that. I was just curious as to if anyone else had this and if it was a bug or just me.
