Is there a way to get the GPS and radios to work in the pop-up windows when the WX radar is not selected?
The pop ups only work if the WX is installed in the panel using MVAMS.
I have had a problem with FSX not shutting down properly when the WX radar is selected, so I only put it in the panel if I choose rainy weather, which is not often.
When the WX is not put into the panel, the only pop up that works is the autopilot.
My 2nd option would be to not have the WX radar installed, is there a way to delete it without having to reinstall the plane and not clicking the WX for installation?
I do have the MV_WX radar which I bought from REX, I assume that it could be used instead of having it in the Beaver panel.
I have been using MSFS for close to 20 years, I have never enjoyed a plane more than this, Thank you!

I have this same issue. I can't get the GPS 2d panels to pop up on the click if I don't have the "Weather Radar" clickbox in the Addon Management System. If I DO have it checked, I can click on the GPS530 and the 2d panels pop-up. Is there a way to make the 2d panels pop out without having the weather radar checked?

It took a bit of digging since this wasn't one of the projects I worked on, but the answer is really very simple. There is a missing entry in the panel.cfg file.

Look in this folder and open the panel.cfg file and add the entry highlighted in red below.
