smoke and flames from engine exhaust

Hello,

after latest update, it happens that sometimes, along my flights, I hear a crakling noise and on external view I see smoke and flames coming out from engine exhaust

as it did not happen with previous releases (or I didn't notice it ... ), I ask what am I missing

I'm sorry I could not find the answer in manual

Hi,

Those are engine detonations. Always check that Carburetor Heat is in the green zone to maintain the engine healthy.
