I had the same problem, Timmy. I solved it by going to "aircraft" in the FSX-SE menu and re-selecting the same aircraft. I am having a number of issues with the new installation. Now, the "push back" command does not work whereas before it did and I could use it to move away from tight docking situations with the Beaver Amphib. Additionally, I am now receiving error msgs involving several .dll files which I simply click through since they appear not to affect FSX-SE.
Finally, the water sound issue continues for me. If those sounds are indeed present they continue to be so weak that I can not bring them up under any circumstances involving the adjustment of my FSX-SE and/or Win 10 sounds.
Regarding the solution I found to my not being able to water taxi, let me be more specific. First a little history. I created a flight involving the Beaver amphib being docked at Coal Harbour in Vancouver and then saved that flight as my default. After installing the latest update through Milviz MVAMS I loaded that flight and found I could not water taxi. Without getting out of that flight I went to the "aircraft" menu selection in FSX-SE and simply re-selected and loaded the same aircraft. This action worked for me. Hope it will for you too!

Just curious if the water rudders are down and parking brake is off , I was testing water handling yesterday, pushback included , the difference with water rudders deployed and not is enormous but if you forget to raise the anchor , remove tiedowns / p brake it will not move even under full power .

Please Specify what is giving an error , there are no superfluous dll's here , if any are not loaded there will be problems with systems or other artefacts .

Re: Since new update water taxiing can not be achieved...!?
Hi Chuck,
Here's my best recollection of just what happened:
1. I downloaded and installed the latest Beaver update using Milviz MVAMS this morning. All went well with no unusual messages.
2. I started FSX-SE and received 2 msgs regarding incompatible .dll files which I confess I failed to record and 1 msg indicating the "MV-WX.dll was incompatible on my simulator.
3. I ignored all of the above msgs, clicked through them and FSX-SE started. I loaded my default flight mentioned in my post above. At that time I noticed two things. my "push back command no longer functioned and I could not water taxi the aircraft. The WX radar did function normally despite the "incompatibility" msg.
4. Without closing that loaded default flight, I reloaded the same aircraft and I was then able to water taxi the aircraft but my push back command still did not function. The WX radar continued to function normally.
5. I closed FSX-SE.
6. I re-started FSX-SE and did not receive the 2 msgs regarding the incompatible .dll files that I failed to record however the WX.dll incompatibility msg returned and I simply clicked through it.
7. I re-loaded my default flight. I was able to water taxi and my push back function returned plus my WX radar again continued to operate normally.
Sorry for not recording those 2 "incompatible .dll" msgs. I do not know why I no longer get those msgs upon starting FSX-SE.
Finally, the water sound issue remains for me. Again, if those sounds are indeed present they are so faint that I can not effectively hear them.
John

Well bowl me over....!?
I never thought that their was an "anchor" nor "park brake on an amphibious aircraft" in FSX/P3D before!?
Well thank you gentlemen for pointing me in the right direction.
Now to get on with flying this aircraft....
