Considering GNS 750 and need advise
I'm considering this purchase, but I see the addition of the 650 with it in other pilots rigs. I thought that the 750 and 650 have exact same function, so what are the benefits of this dual install, if any?
We'll going to admit, I'm a real "woose" / noobe,
when it comes to technical stuff. So, is the installation direct (self install) or is it a pain in the arse? I don't mind expending the effort, but I'd prefer to avoid a frustrating experience.
Thanks in advance for your input/opinions.

650 is smaller and has 2 or 3 features less then the 750.
It comes with a tool that adds it to any airplane you wish as a popup, and also recognizes planes that come with an integrated solution (like the Beaver).
I would recommend the 750, as in the sim we are not price/ weight/ space limited and it offers more oversight.
In the real world it is often combined with a 650 as backup and to use other functions while maintaining the navigation map on the main unit. However, F1 still doesn't support crossfill of the flightplan, so everything regarding this has to be entered twice. IMO the 750 alone is fully sufficient and a really (!) powerful tool for the GA pilot.

Is setting up flight plan mundane, or does it bit you on the "arse" (difficult?)
Got it / like it, but had issues installing. Late night!
Thank, Eagle
