Head tilt in VC

This is a problem I probably created myself, but I don't know how to correct it.

I ran the Beaver with TrackIR, and now whenever I run it without TrackIR, the VC is tilted right (as if my head is tilted left).

How can I straighten out the VC view?

I have NO idea... we do not test (or build products) with VR.

Maybe someone here can help?

@Krazycolin:

TrackIR is not VR.

The problem exists whenever I load the Beaver in VC view.

In FSX, the viewpoint can be adjusted forward/back, left/right and up/down. But I need to adjust it in the roll axis.

Now, do you understand my problem?

It's still not something we test for (or with).

Again, hope someone will help but none of our devs has one of these devices... (and if they do, they're not supposed to use them when testing/deving)

So what happens when you move via [space bar] + mouse? It stays tilted as you pan around?

Maybe try shutting down TrackIR? (Not just pause it). I'm sure you tried that though.

I also run the Beaver with TrackIR and a couple of things come to my mind, maybe one will help.

First, I would start another flight with TrackIR just to make sure you can get the VC view back to "normal". Once you're satisfied the VC view is proper, save the flight while the VC view is in the proper orientation and make it the new default if you wish or load it again from your list.

Second, start a flight using TrackIR and, once you're satisfied that the VC view is working, kill the TrackIR and see if you can continue to fly with the pan views.

Hope this helps.

Yes, it stays tilted with Mouse Look. And closing TrackIR does nothing for the tilt.

Yes, that helps.

It seems that the roll axis is saved with the flight.

So I just deleted the tilted flight and created a straight one.
