VC view shaking even with motor off

Hello,
I'm having an issue with the VC view, the cockpit is shaking like if the motor was running but it's not the case.
It's a bit annoying.
Running the very last version (the one that correct the weather radar installation issue) but I have the same issue with previous version
FSX SP2 - Windows 10

Around 50 FPS at Juneau (ORBX payware)
It does the same in less demanding airport.

The "vibration node" probably needs to be disabled with engine off and on ground.

Same issue for me. only on ground, i don't have any problem with float
(high frame rate)

I noticed the update and installed.
The next time I loaded the Beaver no more shaking VC !
