A few questions
Hello,
thank you for an excellent new aircraft model.
It does appear that the engine will run with the magnetos switch off
if started with Ctrl+E.
The starter switch seems not to spin the propeller, as if the engine was
locked with oil.
When skis are lowered, the aircraft takes on a sharp lean and one ski
is off the ground.
Regards, Nick.

Re: A few questions
Many Thanks for posting these observations
We do seem to have blown a cylinder in the ski hydraulics
The starter is moving the prop through a reduction gear and it spins slowly .
You are the first to note that autostarting doesn't sync up the mag switch , thanks for reporting that.
We will get these looked into and rectified
Best CJ

Sorry, have to agree with the OP. Something's wrong with the animation cycle.Chuck Jodry wrote:The starter is moving the prop through a reduction gear and it spins slowly .

Re: A few questions
I agree. Something is definitely wrong in your video. Prop at startup should spin between 40-50 rpms with strong battery, down to zero with full discharged one.CAPFlyer wrote:

I wasn't able to replicate your example. Can you tell how are you loading the Beaver? From Free Fight screen? (FSX) From a saved flight? P3D/FSX?
C&D? Ready to Fly?
Thanks!

Re: A few questions
FSX:SE, C&D (via the manager), full battery, following the exact procedure from the "quick and dirty start" video. The T-6 video was taken immediately after simply by selecting the T-6 via the Aircraft window, so no change to the "flight" or other situations.

Re: A few questions
Could you check your frame rates for that situation?
Thanks!

Re: A few questions
Frame rates are 50+ at all times. Sorry, should've had that visible in the video.

I see this as well: FSXA, C&D
