Installer for P3D v5 [210720]

This build allows installation into v5.
MV_DHC-2_Beaver_210720.zip
Apart from changes to allow installation and configuration in P3D v5, no other changes or fixes have been made.
The WX fix is still wip, but will be posted here as soon as it's ready

Very nice to have the Beaver and Otter working in v5.
