Reinstalled Beaver not showing in P3D V4.5

Hi.

I have re-downloaded and re-=installed the Beaver into my P13D V4.5 and everything seemed to go fine, but it does not appear in the "Vehicle/Select" list.

As per the attached, they are definitely in the folder " ../Sim Objects/Airplanes", and the "aircraft.cfg" seems OK.

The download appears to be from 2017, so I am wondering if there are updates and where I can find them?

I have looked at the versions and requirements. I have....

P3D V4.5 14.34698 and the Beaver 171229_wx

Hello , Have you run the MVAMS once , selected the MV gns panel option or other and saved ?, I am thinking something happened to the panel.cfg

Yes, I had the F1 GTN 750/650 selected, as well as the Load and the others. Nothing appeared.

This time I selected "None" and everything appeared great.

I did not install, or select, the Weather Radar, so I will un-install and re-install it with that and see what happens.

I hope it will let me use the GTN 750/650, or the GNS 530/430, as I have both.

Ok , I was sure that the panel.cfg writing was being interfered with , the MVAMS unit will load a copy of one selected , I would think it would allow that to be permitted , possibly Windows permissions or corrupted install at fault , If it was me I would run the installer again as an admin and the MVAMS as well , save settings for your F1 option and see if that going as expected , if not ill need to see a copy of your panel folder contents to find out whats missing .

I am experimenting with the GPS and WX settings. I'll keep trying various things and get back.. At present there seems to be a problem with these and the WX as well. I have reinstalled it with the WX and the .exe for that, so will see what happens.

I have bought the Turbine Otter and, at first, it just crashed the whole thing to the desktop. IThis also seems to be something with the GPS and WX things. I'll keep trying stuff.

We saw this error begin with an updated Lighting module , I recall deleting the thumbs and 0 files was required in the folders within the Reallight texture file , , This applies to the turbo otter , not the DHC 2 OR 3

WX modules have not been updated yet for 4.5 HF3 yet so please don't attempt to use the WX at this time.

The solution for the above is in the DHC-3T Support section. Please in the future don't piggyback a different aircraft to a support thread of another. Makes it very confusing for all involved.

Good to hear. Aircraft is getting an update at some point for V5 also.
