I am getting CTD when loading Milviz aircraft with weather radar active, is anyone else having this happen?

If you go to Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 and right click on sim1.dll selecting 'Properties' >'Details'
What is the version number?

worked for a a short time, now back to CTD. I used that file on all my milviz aircraft including the pc6

You sure you overwrote all instances of it in all panel folders?
