Please find the weather dll (located in the same location as your Prepar3D.exe) and post the version number of it.

Will get back on this. Judging by the offset the crash is occurring in a rather odd place.

Good news! I have the weather radar working. In MVAMS, I set the Beaver to Ready To Fly. Then I loaded the P3D default flight (the one with the F22 at Eglin). Once loaded, I changed the F22 for the Beaver. Turned on the radar. No crash! :D
I now believe the problem is with my P3D files. Maybe a corrupted weather xml... I don't know yet...
