I use ESET and have never had a problem... not ever.
i don't have any problem with Kaspersky (but my entire P3D folder and external "P3d_addons" folder are in exclusion list)

Just for more data, I use Kaspersky Internet Security, FSXA (installed in default location), Win 7. No issues; and no folders excluded. All I do is select "trust this application" on the first Kaspersky permissions pop-up.
