Unwanted downlaod

Today I opened the Beaver in the MAVAMS app and was offered a newer version download.
After a very slooow download (I am on a 600 Mbit/s connection) I was offered the installation of version 171229, which I have already installed.

1. how can I avoid/remove the repeating offering for this download?
2. suggest the "Download Available" message shows the version to become installed. This would allow for a check whether required or not.
