Boost Coil Switch

Hallo,
I have the Beaver with P3D 4.2. I can not move the boost coil switch with mouse up/down. The switch don´t work. A reinstall shows the same. Can you help me?

From the manual, page 22;

When the switch is held to the BOOST COIL position,
high tension electrical current is supplied to the engine
spark plugs to initiate starting. (The boost coil switch,
not always found in DHC-2’s with upgraded electrical systems,
has been made INOP.)
