No LF audio
I can't get any audio from the LF radio in the Bamboo Bomber. (P3D4, WIn 10, radios work fine in other aircraft, just for the record).
After engine start and takeoff from Riverside CA, I matched the radio switches to those shown in the video, cranked in 388 for the Riverside range, and followed the procedure in the YouTube video where Dutch says, "Turn on the AM receiver." Even the part where he turns the volume knob, flicks on the nav switch (which is just lights not radio of course), and then the generators (mine were already on since I was airborne).
But after giving the tubes plenty of time to warm up I hear no static and no range signal. Tried cranking the frequency up and down a few kHz without success, but should have at least heard static.
I double checked switchology starting flow aft with low band, voice, range, and auto in each box moving forward. Volume is all the way up.
Tried at KCLT with 212kHz too, BTW, same result.
I'm obviously doing something wrong. Anybody have any ideas what it might be?

Re: No LF audio
If you're not hearing an static it means the RR gauge isn't running at all, most probably.
To start figuring this out, what OS and sim version are you running?
We'll get you fixed.

Re: No LF audio
Thanks for your response, Dutch.
I'm running P3D4 under WIn 10. Both up to date. Also use TrackIR, Active Sky 16, SPADnext, SimConnect, FSUIPC, etc.
I have lots of flying experience, and enough computer savvy to be dangerous, but not enough to diagnose problems like this.
Which is to say I enjoy digging into such problems for the benefit of others, so I'm eager to help however I can.

Your problem is that you're running in 64 bit address space but the RR gauge is a 32 bit program.
I'll see if I can move it over to 64 bit in the next few days and give you a copy to test.

This product is not yet rated for V4. Though it MIGHT work, and Dutch will certainly fix your issue, there are other parts of the codebase which absolutely not function.

Re: No LF audio
Ah-ha! Thank you both.
Haven't discovered anything else that doesn't work. Other than the radio everything seems to work fine except for the overly sensitive RPM noted by others elsewhere.

We're having some issues with the programming and, sadly, one of the coders has just gone on vacation till the the 5th of September...

Okay, I'll be patient.
BTW, have you considered selling the LF radio as a separate add-on package? Lots of us old farts that fly vintage props would love to add it to our C-47/DC-3, DC-4, DC-6, Connie, etc.
