Landing Gear
Am I doing something wrong? When I retract the landing gear it does not full retract. The wheel does not retract into the nacell. The entire wheel sits outside the nacell. Look at pictures of the real aircraft with the gear retracted and half of the tire is folded into the nacell.

We did look at pictures, as well as the real assembly manual for this aircraft. The gear do not retract any further than they do on purpose. The US Army wanted the gear this way so there would be less damage to the aircraft in a wheels-up landing. The wooden props would likely break, but the gear would probably prevent the main fuselage from scraping the ground.
