TacPack in Huey HU-1 redux
Hello,
I bought and installed your Huey UH-1 product. I also installed TacPack Combat System from VRS. I have several problems with the use of weapons:
if I put the button on 7.62, it seems to work well every time.
But, when I move this button, the rockets do not leave properly; sometimes two leave and then nothing ...
My question is :
what are the functions of the various buttons of the Armament panel?
Does the "RKT pair" wheel serve and for what? The "reset / RKT" button is used and for what? The "Jettison" button is used and for what? The "Gun Selector / Right-Left-All" button is used and for what?
The only button that seems to work well is the one for the lamps "armed-safe-off"

Thank you for your reply. The problem seems to be about firing rockets. (Many questions on the forum). I read the manual.
The difficulty is to be able to recharge the rockets. the reset button does not seem to be operational.
Is there any other solution than restarting the loading of the plane,

I think I have a fix for the non-functional reload function.
After I test it a bit, I'll post it here for you to try out. I'm aiming for Monday afternoon sometime.
The Guns left/right switch is intended to select which gun will fire, but currently it fires both regardless of the setting. I think the original real-world purpose of this was to de-select a jammed gun, but since Tacpack guns can't jam, it's not really needed.
The rocket pairs switch should work as documented. It selects the number of pairs fired on each trigger. "1" means you'll launch 1 pair (2 rockets) each press of the trigger. "2" means 2 pairs or 4 rockets. This is how it works for me. I usually shoot 2 at a time.

The Tacpack reload function is getting there, but it's kicking and screaming all the way.
The weapons will reload but for some reason (as yet unfound) the rockets won't actually fire after a reload, although they show as being fully loaded. Miniguns are working fine with the reload.
Once it works for me I'll post a link here.
