Download problem
Order#: 0022726592
Purchased : 12-25-2017
I disabled my virus checker as instructed on the purchase page. I downloaded the Uh-1 Redeaux Full Edition. The purchase was finalized. I downloaded the file. No problem. I installed the package in both P3D V3 and V4. No problem. I ran both sims. No problem. I could view the models in both sims. No problem. But when any of the models were selected, both sims crashed. I uninstalled the package from bot sims. But on reinstall, both sims crashed again. I received an error stating that there was a bad ".AIR" file. I needed to get a new ".AIR" file from the vendor.
I tried to connect to the forums. I couldn't login. I tried to register, but, was unable to locate the "Registration portal.
I wanted to attempt another download. Could not find the download link.
I finally was able to Contact oisin. He registered me. Thank you. He sent me a link ("How to fix most problems") In reading this message, it was clear that much more was involved with downloading and installing the software.
I followed the instructions in "How to fix most problems". I attempted another install in P3D V3. Same results.
Over the years I've been simming. I have downloaded dozens of software packages. I can see that your system, once completed is probably the most secure, but the experience I've had is not a very happy one.
I need the download link desperately.

Re: Download problem
Hi Mark,
your download link has been sent via sendowl. Keep it in a safe place and you will be able to use it multiple times and it will always point to the most recent installer.
You may also access the latest installer here: Latest installer : Huey 170803 (supports P3d v.4)
