Can you now assign a joystick axis to the throttle and collective? If so, which control assignments are needed?

I was able to get the collective to work by assigning the axis to "Throttle". Normally, the throttle axis would be assigned to "Prop Pitch", but the UH-1 doesn't respond to that.
