Rudder/pedals are sticky
Hi,
So as I mentioned in the T-38ADV forum, I am also having issues with my newly purchased UH-1 Huey Redux.
Similar to the T-38ADV but slightly different, the pedals (in cockpit) and tail rotor are not working properly. In this case both do in fact move and move the aircarft, however they are sticky and recenter. I have tried changing the key commands for the rudder, but no luck there.
I hope the issue is not similar to the issue with the T-38, "only rudder Axes is supported" where the products should support both keyboard and rudder axis. As I have mentioned these two aircraft (UH-1 Huey and T-38ADV) are the only two I have had problems with, the other three MV aircraft I own work fine.
If this is a similar rudder axis and no key command support problem, it does need fixing in both products and needs to be kept in mind for all future products.
If not, I would love some assistance.
Best regards,
Andrew

Re: Rudder/pedals are sticky
Hi again,
What does everyone think? Is this an issue that might be able to be fixed, or is it similar to my problem with the T-38 ADV?
I would love to be able to hop in and have a fly!

Re: Rudder/pedals are sticky
I'm sorry but really, our products are made to be flown with sticks and not with keyboards. We MAY revisit this at a later date but at this time, the answer is no.

Alright no problems Colin, thankyou for letting me know.
I will keep this in mind for future products. Do you guys know when you release the product if that certain product will or won't be compatible with keyboard commands? If so I will be sure to ask the question before future purchase's, that is until I sort out a stick..
Thankyou for all of your assistance!

It's pretty much guaranteed that anything "special", like an F-4 or a chopper, will require the use of a stick...
The Beaver, the KA... those, probably not.
