How do you use and install the files, I Dled it and just got a few photoshop files that look confusing as heck. would love to do a custom civilian scheme with no localized markings.

I have Elements 10, I can open it no problem. just need a guide to not loose detail, and how to input it into the sim?

I see... well... you'd have to do your paint, then save it out as a dds (DXT5).

hmmm, I maybe using too old of a program to save it as such. no big deal if i cant, was just hoping to make a red, black and white scheme. Im very satisfied with what was included.

I'm sorry but I only know photoshop and not elements... not sure you can do it with that.
