Weapons Reload???
Am I the only one that can not reload rockets when on the ground. Rockets dont always fire straight sometimes shoot at 35 - 45 degree angle from th Helo.

Sorry I have been under the weather for a bit.Stevec937 wrote:Am I the only one that can not reload rockets when on the ground. Rockets dont always fire straight sometimes shoot at 35 - 45 degree angle from th Helo.
The re-load function is, unfortunately broken. We'll get it fixed in the SP1 coming out soon. To re-load until then, you can re-load the Huey and the rockets will be re-loaded as will the mini-gun ammo.
As for the accuracy of the rockets, that's a Tacpack thing. If you are stable in flight, the rockets will generally go where you are aiming. If you're wobbling in any way, shape, or form they fly off pretty wildly. This really isn't all that unrealistic. Getting unguided rockets on target from a Huey was quite difficult in real life, I am told. Anyway, as Milviz programmers the only control we have over the rockets is where they are placed, and when they are fired. Once they leave the launcher we don't have any control or ability to affect their flight path.

Re: Weapons Reload???
Has this issue been resolved? I could not find the solution in the documentation. I have observed that guns appear to have unlimited ammo as opposed to Rockets and not require reload unless there is a very large amount of bullets.
Another thing I observed (and it could be my lack of experience with the Huey) is that when I fire rocket, the explosion effect is far forward of where the rocket land.
I love the Huey overall and I apologize if this was answered elsewhere but could not find it.

What is new about this problem ?
It is still not possible to reload the rockets?
Thank you
