Rearming/reloading UH-1C Tacpack

After browsing the forum I understand that there is no way to rearm/reload/reequip the UH-1c Gunship with tacpak rockets. Am I correct there is still no solution (shortkey....) for this?

Press W while on the ground to reload.

I tried the suggested option. Does the helicopter need to be in a specificatie state for it to work (schut down, battery on, or cold and dark....) because I did not get any results. Or does the weapons control panel need to be in a specific state (save, or completere off....)

The information I was told was W on the ground. I imagine it would need to be shut down. If that doesn't work let me know and I'll ping the dev again.
