Throttle will not move

Throttle will not move
I'm having trouble with the Throttle on both the C and the H model. It won't move with my joystick axis, or with the mouse, even with the latest installer released today. is anyone else having this issue? any Ideas on how to fix it??

Correction, yes it will move with the mouse wheel. I apologize I missed the part in the manual that mentions the mouse wheel. Is it possible to move the throttle with a joystick axis?
