Hi,

I looked elsewhere in this forum, but could not find anything. I can hardly imagine that nobody noticed the following before. It turns out that the ball compass in the F-100D does not function properly. The readings (degrees) increase going from left to right, while it should be the other way around. This implies that when the aircraft turns, the ball has to rotate twice the rate, while the North is not preserved.

Is there any chance that this will be corrected in a future update of this already excellent aircraft? Such an obvious mistake really is a pity on this masterpiece.

I really appreciate the vast amount of work being done at other planes like the DHC-3T, and I do realize that time is limited. Nevertheless, do you think there is a chance that this issue on the F-100D compass is fixed sometime in the near future? It is really annoying to see the compass turn in the wrong direction beating the laws of physics. And it teaches a wrong compass reading habit. Other planes, like the DHC-3T have it in proper working condition.

If it would save you some time I could redo the texture of the compass numbers, but I do not know how to get to them. The turning direction has to be changed in the model, I guess. Perhaps it is far more complicated than I imagine, but it certainly would finalize the last issue on this great plane.
