No Afterburner in P3Dv4

I recently installed the P3Dv4 version of the F-100. Everything is working normally except for the afterburner. There is no flame showing and take off is in Mil power.
Please advise and thank you for moving into the v4 realm.
Regards,
Reggie

Screenshot of your throttle?

This is almost for sure a throttle calibration or FSUIPC configuration issue with your setup. There have been no other reports of this in V4. The AB kicks in at 80% throttle. If it's not happening for you, for whatever reason, the simulator is not receiving 80%+ on the throttle axis input.

Here is the screenshot of my throttle. I checked the calibration, and have full range of motion. I'm using a Saitek X-56 Rhino throttle and stick.

Try putting this in your sim directory\Effects folder.

I tried it, it did not work. I am also noticing now that, although the control surfaces all work correctly, the control stick and rudder pedals inside the cockpit do not move. I should probably say that I am using a 1MB Radeon HD 5700 video card. I cannot see many effects such as contrails, etc., and have been advised I need to upgrade my card beyond the minimum requirement. I am in the process now of purchasing a 4MB video card. This may be the solution to the afore mentioned problem(s).
Below is a screenshot of the tailpipe showing no AB.
Please advise and thank you,
Reggie

Sounds like XMLTools didn't install properly.

The flight controls work on my other aircraft. What do I need to do with the XMLTools?

Please zip and post your dll.xml (User/appdata/Roaming/Lockheed/Prepar3d v4)

Okay, I reinstalled the latest version. The control surfaces move now and I get the A/B sound and movement effects, but no flame showing. In addition, I have no gunsight, even when the mils are set high. The XML Tools 64 installed with the update.
Attached is my dll.xml as requested.
Thank you,
Reggie

When I try to attach it, I get "The extension xml is not allowed." under POST A REPLY above the Subject: line in red.
I e-mailed it to you.

Ok first up, download this program:
http://www.dependencywalker.com/depends22_x64.zip
Then, open your MV_F100D_Sys.dll in it (located in your SimObjects\Airplanes\Milviz F-100D\panel folder), and collapse the lists in the area outlined in the red box in the picture below. Take a screenshot and post here.

I'm a little confused. I am seeing that you want me to open " MV_F100D_Sys.dll", but your example shows "MV3DSound.dll" open. I opened MV_F100D_Sys.dll. I could not find what you are referencing me to collapse in there.
