Prepar 3d v4.1 update
Just installed the new update P3D V4.1.
Unfortunately it seems that flight dynamics has been spoiled.
Something is wrong with drag. It lands like a stone.

Please, can you be a bit more specific with the problem?.
What/when does the missbehaviour happens?. With flaps out config, with speedbrakes,...in all the flight envelope / all configs?

Re: Prepar 3d v4.1 update
During take off config. with engine in max takeoff - all normal.
During level flight clean config. more than 250kts is stable.
At sharper turn rapidly looses speed and becomes very unstable.
With speed brakes on bleeds speed normally
During landing full flap and gear down sink rate is like falling stone.
Impossible to land even with minimal load. It splashes to the ground.

Re: Prepar 3d v4.1 update
Ok. I will check it.
However, I have seen some issues reported in the P3D support forum regarding v4.1 affecting FDs (so far, aircraft rotation rates and unit conversions). If they have not changed the SDK affecting FDs (apparently they have not) it could be a v4.1 bug.

By the way I have checked F-100 performance in P3D v4.1
Seems all normal on take-off and landing.

Re: Prepar 3d v4.1 update
At least one BIG bug confirmed.
The good news is that -apparently- LM guys finally fixed something broken since FS9 times in the simcore...(good work
)
We´ll adress the fix in a new installer as soon as posible (*). In the meanwhile, please stay in pre P3Dv4.1.
Thanks,
(*) I´ll need to check what other "fixes" they implemented...

Re: Prepar 3d v4.1 update
This is the first I have come across the use of the AMS. Is this the same as the T38ADV Configuration Menu accessible in game through Addons? If so, I do not see an option to update there. If it is a separate application installed with the latest MilViz T-38A ADV SP3.2 v3.170726 installer, then I am not seeing it on my system. What path would it have been installed under?
Thank you for your help and I apologize.

Look on your desktop. It should be there. MVAMS...
If not, come back and ask again.

Re: Prepar 3d v4.1 update
I reinstalled the latest installer MilViz T-38A ADV SP3.2 v3.170726 to be sure and then searched my pc for "MVAMS" and did not find it. Maybe it hasn't been included with the T-38 yet as with the newer releases. I have honestly been wanting to buy more of your aircraft and will eventually (I've had my eye on the Phantom and the Beaver looks great!).
Edit: And there it is. Thank you Jonathan. And thank you guys for the update!

User\Appdata\Local\MVAMS if the shortcut isn't found.

Had a series of short flights. She is not easy to fly but trully rewarding. Tks. for the job done.

Re: Prepar 3d v4.1 update
I have the T38 advanced installed on my P3D V4 but on running the Milviz MVAMs program I get no update. In fact only the F86 is showing in my MVAMS. Any idea how I get the update?
Thanks for any help
