Elevator Trim does not work for Adv T-38A Prepar3d 3.4

The Elevator Trim does not work in Prepar3d 3.4 when bound to the Elevator/Aileron trim (POV hat) Hat switch 1. Aileron trim works fine. All trim functions work on other aircraft in Prepar3d. It does work when assigned to other joystick keys, and with the default keyboard bindings. I installed the standard version of the T-38A to Prepar3D with no control changes made, the elevator trim works fine on the standard version. The trim works as advertised on all the other aircraft in Prepar3D. Anybody care to venture a guess as to the solution to this problem, I went so far as to reset my Win 10 OS and reinstalled Prepar3D, and made sure the legacy versions of simconnect were installed. All programs and installers were downloaded and installed with the anti-virus off and run "As Administrator" All programs, drivers, and installers are the most recent ones available.

Sorry but we have no workaround for this. You will have to use a different method that tying it to your hat.

There is a major T-38A ADV update almost ready. It will include a long list of fixes and improvements as well as some (not all) of the so far requested features.

Right now, the P3D v4 (64 bit) migration of MV´s products is our priority and your request is a pushed at the end of the T38A ADV´s list; which actually is not on the top of tops...

This said, I will look into it, but again, no promises. The aircraft can be perfectly trimmed as is and in no way yours is a critical issue in our product, rather a request from a single user.

At this moment we need to make our products work as much good in 64 bit as they did in 32bit...or even better!!, this achieved....we´ll see.

Is this still in-work? My thumb automatically tries to trim using the POV switch, probably because the other aircraft I fly use it for trim.

In addition, the Take off trim does not work with any flap settings. The button will not depress nor will the green light come on.

Are you running P3D v4 as admin?.

Yes I am.

I later discovered that if you hover the cursor over the TOT button and scroll down, the TOT button will depress (and stay depressed), TOT will activate, and the green light will come on. Right mouse button will release the TOT button.
