Guidelines for takeoff trim?

Guidelines for takeoff trim?
After takeoff what is one supposed to do with the takeoff trim? Disengage? When? I cannot find it in the checklists after takeoff!?

Takeoff trim just moves the regular trim to a defined position. Just retrim aircraft as needed
