Found this nothing is mentioned about the T38. Scrolled through all the messages.

You can see when selecting the aircraft the ailerons and rudder have full deflection and I noticed the outside view of the aircraft on the ground shows no landing gear.

Secondly, are you only opening it after you have selected the T-38 and started a flight, then shut down the sim?

Just to let you know I downloaded the free P38 you guys offer and have no problem with it. This fix is beginning to get a little long winded.
