T-38A ADV v3.171224 - Aircraft found in flames ??
Hi folks
this one's got me baffled and that doesn't take much...
First run-up of latest version download:
No cockpit controls had been touched at this point, with aircraft sitting at idle on runway, and found engulfed in flames !! Couldn't locate extinguisher activator in cockpit either... but admit I didn't hang around long to have a real good look...
Forgot to bring marshmellows... grrr
Can anyone throw any light on this one yet... ??

Have now discovered that this flames effect is triggered when battery & generator switches are in the "on" posn.
When "off", flames effect disappears...
Using the Ctrl+Shft+F1 method to shut down engines, will do just that, but battery & generator switches remain "on" in the cockpit, retaining the "in flames" situation until they are switched off, within the cockpit...
Hope this helps narrow down the search for what's causing this to happen... Just an aside... the lack of any fire truck response, when this occurs on the runway, is also disturbing... but at least the lads got out...
