GPS Not Working

Any tips on getting the GPS to work in P3D V4 would be appreciated. I searched through the new panel.cfg file posted in the non-advanced forum, but couldn't identify all the changes needed to make it work in the advanced model.

Also, I noticed entries in the panel.cfg files related to an FA-18 HUD. I usually add an FA-18 HUD to aircraft like the T-38, any tips on how to do that for the MILVIZ T-38 ADV would also be appreciated.

There's no gps in the adv

It should be in place with our latest release although I can't promise anything as we are dropping support for FS9GPS units and going with Flight1 GTNs and such. In the case of the T-38, you would have to add those as 2D popups only yourself.

As for the HUD, there is no way we can get that to work in v4. It belongs to the FA-18.dll from FSX Acceleration which is a 32bit module and will not run in x64.

Not asking for you to do anything, just sharing the information, but be aware that the FA-18 HUD works fine with the 64-bit F-100D in P3D V4. Also, I have the latest Flight1 GTN 750 for P3D4, and it also doesn't work in the T-38, but works fine with the F-100D.

Wish I could help but since I don't have the GTNs I am at a bit of a loss. What happens when you try to use them in the T-38?

It acts as though it is powered off. Same as the GPS. No big deal, just forwarding the info in case Milviz provides GTN support. FYI, I'm running the GTN 750/650 Complete version for P3D V4. I've been using it this afternoon in the F-100D, works great, no issues.
